We are currently enrolling now.  We have openings in the blended option in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th.  We have openings in the online option in grades 6th-12th.  Go HERE to find out more about the options and to request enrollment.  Grand River Academy students who were enrolled last year do not need to fill out an enrollment request form.  If you were enrolled in D51 Online last year you will need to fill out an enrollment request form (click here for form).

Why Grand River?
Grand River Academy provides Mesa County Valley School District 51 students, Kindergarten through 12th grades, the chance to learn in a way that is right for them.   Grand River students will be supported by local certified teachers and staff whose focus is on each child’s potential through an individualized learning plan that evolves as the child grows.

The blended school model allows students to take part in an online/classroom learning environment—thus allowing students time to work with their peers one day/week in hands on activities with teacher guidance in core content classes, as well as working online at home.

Opportunities to tryout for/participate in District 51 sports and take cross-over courses at the student's neighborhood school.
